Abstract
This study examines the limitation of rights constitutional: inviolability of domicile, the inviolability of communications and personal freedom in Peru, through the search warrant, judicial intervention communications and the arrest respectively, in the system adversary. In this regard, take into account the provisions in both the Constitution and the Penal Procedure Code of Peru, as well as in those Peruvian Constitutional Court rulings that have addressed this issue.
