Abstract
We have developed a multimodal optical system for simultaneous optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM), and demonstrate its capability for high-speed co-registered micro-anatomical and biochemical tissue imaging. © 2010 IEEE.
