Abstract
We describe a Champagne Tordillo Criolla RACE equine of 15 year old, male castrated it present a plain and firm consistence tumour, without temperature, located on left scapular inferior region with six months of evolution. Presumptive diagnosis of haematoma encapsulated. First quick examination using thing needle aspiration biopsy. We performed a completely exeresis by Xilazine 10% (0,5 mg/kg) sedation and local anaesthetic infiltration with Lidocaine 4% (1 ml each 50 Kg), Meglumine Flunixin (1,1 mg/kg) as postoperative analgesia. At pathologic exam a dark coloured polilobulated neoformation be describe of (15 cm by 12 cm and 6 cm). At histopathologic exam we describe a fusocelular growing with a twister form cytoplasmic prolongations at perivascular level with dense zones and no dense zones centrally (mixoides) and a numerous strange objects giant cells type presenting a great eosinofillic cytoplasm, without fagocytic activity and mycotic inclusions. The longitudinally sectioned blood vessels are surrounded with collagen tissue and fibroblasts, without malignization signs, with nodular growing and cellular areas and another mixoides corresponding with Pseudosarcomatosous Nodular Fascitis.
