Abstract
A novel technique for making films with large and controllable microstructure and possibilities to achieve facile electrical contact over their cross-sections is established. Titanium oxide samples with four values of the film thickness were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) using a Jeol 2000 FX II instrument. Applications to photoelectricity and photoelectrocatalysis have given very interesting results.
