Abstract
This paper describes a proposal aimed at the emerging services of eHealth, to offer a better provision of personal care and hospital care. The proposed approach is based on the development of microservices consisting in providing an application that contains a series of small and adaptable services that are executed autonomously, communicating interactively and continuing. With this, it is intended to strengthen traditional health systems in which the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is still lacking and the information systems has limited availability in the access and processing of their data, which limit decision-making in the clinical-medical environment. Two information systems developed with this approach are presented, with software architectures that have stable and modifiable layers, adapted to the needs of any organization, scalable and replicated in several containers without underutilizing computer resources.
