Abstract
This paper proposes a method of measuring non-ionizing radiation known as the "dynamic method"for mobile communications services. This method allows to reduce the time of the measurement process by up to 85% reaching reliability levels higher than 90%. For this purpose, multiple measurement campaigns have been carried out in the 700, 1900 and 2600 MHz bands. In each measurement campaign, the standardized static-method and the dynamic-method were simultaneously carried out. Then, the dynamic-method is calibrated using a fitting equation that reduces the impact of vehicle speed and the time-space adjustment of Non-Ionizing Radiation (NIR) measurements.
