Abstract
This paper aims to report challenges that are found in the inclusion of students with hearing impairment in higher education and result in the observation of the trajectory of these professionals trained in technological courses. The challenges in actions unleashed and presented do not aim at a theory of comprehensive or statistical form, but rather to propose a succinct and reflexive discussion regarding their specificities. To present the main difficulties of these professionals to be able to train in some technology centers, where courses are given for better mastery of technology tools, preparatory for certifications and also to be able to point out the lack of preparation of these places to attend people in these conditions. Since the growth of these professionals with this deficiency in technical and higher education has been well-known, it is worth emphasizing that these challenges are clear so that companies that offer training, specialization and superior courses can seek to fit to meet people who live this reality
