The process improvement in small enterprises of software development is an effort that several countries are performing in the Iberoamerica region. In fact, some countries have developed their own process models to help their own industry. The COMPETISOFT project is an effort of several investigators from Iberoamerica's countries to increase the productivity of small enterprises, which develop software in the region using software process models. In this context, in Peru, controlled tests have been developed with several enterprises which develop software. This article gathers the implantation experiences in a small software enterprise that has an ERP software like a major product.
