The present article has as purpose to analyze and stimulate the updating of the initials and acronyms writing like TIC, AIDS and SME in order to establish a standardized and uniform communication. It has been identified that some indexed scientific magazines, or the authors of the articles still don't standardize or update the writing of initials and acronyms that are often used.
