Simultaneous endogenous fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) of a hamster cheek-pouch model of oral epithelial cancer allowed discriminating in-vivo benign and malignant lesions with sensitivityand specificity >90%. ©2013 The Optical Society (OSA).
