Abstract
The study of the presence of fractals and multifractal structures at the interior of the cell nucleus, and in the genome and chromosomal entities as well, has been a subject of study for the past two decades. Actually this field gains more relevance, presumably allowing uncovering the relationships between geometry of the genetic material and the functionality that it entails. In the following research work we applied multifractal analysis techniques to a chaos game representation of the entire human chromosomes. We will try to discover if there is a relationship between the comparison of the degree of multifractality between chromosomes, and the probable interactions that could occur between them that leads to the formation of chromosomal territories.
