This article presents a matrix of factors to prioritize agricultural value chains targeted for public-private initiatives intended to foster their further development. The factors give noteworthy attention to issues related to corporate social responsibility. Data analysis and a literature review serve to illustrate the use of the factors in the case of Peru. © RAE.
