Abstract
The uplift of Eastern Cordillera of the Bolivian Andes followed a generalized planation period, older than Middle Miocene times. The uplift was interrupted by two periods of relative stability, marked by wide pediments (Upper Miocene, Middle to Upper Quaternary). The denudation chronology is supported by K/Ar and 39Ar/40Ar age data. There is an abridged English version. -from English summary
