Abstract
Two cases of pulmonary infection caused by Mycobacterium kansasii occurring in a father and son who were living in the same house, are described. Evidence of person- to-person spread of this infection is rare, but no common source of infection was found. © 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
