Abstract
TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) is used in Computer Science research to collect feedback from users of Information Systems (SI). In various research on the adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), TAM has been widely used and adapted depending on the needs of researchers through the incorporation of new factors. The paper aims to present the systematic review focused on the models used in education to accept the inclusion of new information and communication technologies. A total number of identified primary studies were 61. The results show that TAM has been used to explain user adoption of e-learning, web 2.0, and m-learning. The factors most commonly used were PU (perceived utility) and PEOU (perceived ease of use).
