In this work we resolve the Fermat equation over rational points in the unitary circumference. For this we take a point (p0, q0) in the unitary circumference x2 + y2 = 1, where p0, q0 ε Q or q0 ε II and p0 ε II. Then the straight line y = q0 intersects the curve xd + yd = 1, in the point (p1, q0) we demonstrated that p1 is an irrational number.
