Abstract
The evaluation of the graduation profile is a requirement of the model of professional training by competences. The qualitative and interpretative study proposes a gradual evaluation and at the end of the career. 76 students of X semester of initial and primary education of the Faculty of Education were evaluated, who graduated with an acceptable and outstanding level in the pedagogical-didactic and management competence, with an acceptable level in the competences: investigative, orienting axiological, educational promotion, sociocultural and specialty.
