Abstract
The study determines the degree of relationship between the level of reading and learning in the Communication Area in the students of the Higher Technological Institute "JAE" of Puno. Three tests will be used to collect the data. The information is presented in tables. The results indicate that the correlation coefficient obtained is r = 0.64, therefore, it is concluded that the degree of relationship between reading comprehension and learning is significant.
