The authors present a retrospective study on a series of 108 patients suffering from carcinoma of the bladder, studied and treated between July 1964 and October 1972 in the Radiotherapy Department in the 'Puerta de Hierro' Clinic in Madrid. The authors examine the different courses of therapy performed, the anatomo-pathological variations, stage, etc., and their importance in relation to the survival of the patients.
