The aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant eccrine sweat gland tumor with a high recurrence and metastasic potential. A 19 years old man with a tumor in a finger of progressive growth, associated to pain, of one year of evolution, started 3 years ago, is presented. An exeresis biopsy was performed and histopathologically informed as hemangioma. One year later; the tumor reappeared with identical characteristics and a new exerosis biopsy was performed, informed as aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma.
