Abstract
The research look to demonstrate that public management and women’s leadership influence decision making in a Public Institution of the Constitutional Province of Callao, Peru. The research was developed in 2018 and was inserted in the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach with causal correlational design. Applying statistical tools and according to the Nagelkerke pseudo-square of 94.1%, with the statistical significance of 0.000 and 0.043 with a degree of freedom, the results indicate that there is influence of the woman’s leadership, in the decision making and in the public management of the Institution studied. In this way, it is concluded that public management and women’s leadership are influential factors in decision-making.
