The factors that influence the knowledge transfer among organizations, so far, have been revised theoretically and individually, with few empirical studies in this regard. Thus, this article seeks to identify and verify empirically how this influence occurs. For that, it was done a literature review of factors. And their influence was checked within the process of inter-organizational knowledge transfer through a case study in a supply chain in the textile sector. The main results show that these factors influence each other and it is posible to manage them in order to facilitate or inhibit the transfer process.
