The main objective of this study was to determine the influence of carrying out an improvement plan by applying the Lean Manufacturing tools to improve the productivity of critical processes in the women's footwear company FSHOES S.A.C. Likewise, it was sought to reduce times, improve the lack of order and cleanliness, eliminate and reduce activities that do not add value to the production process. The study began with a diagnosis of the company in order to recognize the different problems. Then, the improvements were applied with the help of Lean manufacturing tools, mainly: Kanban, 5'S, Layout, Lean Value Stream Mapping, among others. As results, a reduction in distances was obtained in the analysis of routes and an increase in activities that add value by 10.86%. Consequently, production times were shortened. In this manner, the initial productivity (20.10%) increased in positive values of 36.33% after the implementation of Lean manufacturing tools.
