Abstract
With the purpose of finding the ideal technologies so that the actors involved in the dissemination processes of geoparks go from transmitting content to transforming the interactions of the mediation process and thus achieve deep learning. Using a systematic literature review. Starting from a bibliometric analysis with R Studio and the Bibliometrix library, complemented with a text analysis in the Nvivo software. These results are discussed based on recent literature. Emerging that, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, are configured as protagonists of mediation processes in nonformal environments, such as science centers. However, it should not be forgotten that technologies by themselves are nothing more than a tool, a catalyst for the teaching and learning process. This is where gamification can become an ally of the mediation process.
