Abstract
The worker's rights or labor rights are a set of obligations that the employer must fulfill and regulated by a series of norms and laws of the Peruvian State. However, most private-sector workers in Peru are unaware of their primary labor rights, often not provided adequately by the employer. This paper aims to create a mobile application that provides all the information that a company must show its workers, helping them understands and defend their rights. The mobile application was developed using the agile Scrum framework. The MVC architecture and the Flutter, Jira Software, Confluence, Github, and Firebase service tools were applied. The quality of use of the mobile application was evaluated using the ISO 9126 standard with 72.69%, which is considered an acceptable level of quality of the software product. It was concluded that the quality of use allows the application as an e-service to be a quality product and how it should satisfy the needs of the primary end-users.
