Abstract
The research presents the state of the art on Resilience and its relationship with Business Competitiveness. The main concepts of literature proposed by different authors will be addressed. Resilience is interpreted as the capacity of organizations and economic systems to face situations whose characteristics are considered to be of complex magnitude and yet they managed to recover. The methodology used is the systematic review of research, as a result of which a total of 25 studies were obtained, 16 being selected. The inclusion criteria were related to the most relevant research published between the years 2011 - 2021, in addition to the search and analysis of scientific studies in articles and magazines, through Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo, Scopus and Digital Repositories. The discussion shows points of view of different positions regarding both terms. The links that exist between the concepts of resilience and business competitiveness are identified, 93,75% of the studies deal with organizational resilience; a concept that explains how the latter can contribute to the achievement of more efficient organizations and therefore influence their competitiveness. It is concluded that organizational resilience allows for survival and with-it positive effects to achieve growth and competitiveness
