Abstract
We demonstrated that simultaneous optical coherence tomography (OCT) and endogenous fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) imaging allows the identification of most types of coronary atherosclerotic plaques based on their morphological and biochemical characterization. © 2012 OSA.
