Abstract
Airway obstruction associated with Pott's disease is rare. We present a case of severe airway obstruction caused by an extensive paravertebral mediastinal abscess in a 3-year-old boy with tuberculosis of the thoracic spine. © 2006 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
