El objetivo de estudio de la investigación es interpretar el estado de salud mental de los docentes que realizan trabajo virtual en nuestros tiempos, problema existente que agudiza la salud a nivel local, nacional, regional y mundial, con la categoría de base Salud con objetivos específicos y subcategorías de: Definir la salud en la actualidad y subcategorías de salud de ansiedad, distrés, angustia y depresión; comprender las relaciones en sus diferentes ámbitos que favorecen la salud mental de los docentes en la actualidad acompañado de la subcategorías relaciones personal, familiar, laboral y social; analizar el desempeño docente que fortalecen la adecuada salud mental de los docentes en la actualidad.
