Abstract
The teaching-learning process has evolved in a very lethargic way. In that sense we still find teachers whose traditional methodologies do not adapt to the new paradigms of the teaching-learning process, technological changes and the profile of the new students. This problem has increased more in Latin American countries. The execution of courses following these traditional methodologies within a specific period of time is not usually a good practice. This study shows the results of the use of the agile methodologies applied in the re-design of the classes of a group of students of the course of Networks and Data Communications of the program of Electronic Engineering from the University of Sciences and Humanities. The use of Impact Maps, User Persona and the Competence Maps, focusing in the students' needs, have demonstrated a general contentment among them
