Some of the results obtained on making a research on the management of tacit knowledge are analyzed. It is approached from the perspective of " The World's Models Theory". From this angle, the knowledge is defined as a "significant model" and it is proposed a group method for the dissemination of knowledge and its techniques. The steps to be followed to create the "Knowledge Equipment" are stressed. It is explained how to prepare and achieve the "Knowledge gathering". Some group dynamics techniques are indicated to share knowledge. © ECIMED.
