Simultaneous pulmonary and aortic endocarditis is extremely rare, and there is no consensus on its surgical management. Here, we report a case of infective endocarditis of pulmonary and aortic valves complicated by severe pulmonary regurgitation due to complete damage of valve cusps. We performed pulmonary valve reconstruction using autologous pericardium using Ozaki's technique, with excellent outcomes. © 2020 The Author(s).
