Abstract
The automation of the portfolio implemented in the professional school of Systems Engineering under the ABET guidelines became a useful tool for the teachers of the EPIS, which aims to help them demonstrate the results of the students, manage the different evidences collected for the performance of academic work and supervise compliance with the requested documentation in a certain period of time. In the same way, it seeks to reduce and alleviate the workload of those responsible for each area, such as the person in charge of the Portfolio, that of the Accreditation process as such or the person in charge of the Curriculum Plan, as well as that of the teachers themselves. Automation seeks to have in one place the evidence of the work done in the academic semester. In the development process, it was decided to work with SCRUM, as this was an iterative framework, it allowed to obtain functional results from the first stages. The role definition process was crucial to be able to define the needs that were presented and based on them to be able to correctly model the portfolio until meeting the needs raised by the client.
