Abstract
Pleural epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a really rare tumor of vascular origin and potentially aggressive behavior. We report the case of an 85 years old male patient diagnosed of pleural epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, taking advantage to review exhaustively literature and therapy for the disease. © 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
