Purpose of Review: In this review, we summarized information regarding a neglected parasitic infection by zoonotic helminths that cause the cutaneous larva migrans, especially A. braziliense, A. caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala, among other associated or potentially linked to cutaneous larva migrans (CLM), a paratenic infection. Recent Findings: Although there has been an increase in the number of publications on CLM over the last decades, this is still a neglected condition among tropical diseases, with not more than 350 papers per year combined in databases such as PubMed. Although the disease is considered a limited dermatosis, systemic invasion with Löeffler’s syndrome have been exceptionally described. Summary: CLM affects mainly the feet, but any part of the body in contact with contaminated soil or sand can be involved, becoming especially a common problem for tourists on beach holidays where they walk on bare feet or lie on infested sand.
