Abstract
This study involved the experience of three instructors from different universities located in India and Peru, who connected 61 students for a virtual collaborative project using a team feedback tool. Virtual team collaboration poses significant challenges due to the diverse working patterns and styles among students worldwide. Communication is often affected by cultural differences, language barriers, and different time zones, which can ultimately impact the effectiveness of virtual exchange. The application of this tool helps instructors address these challenges and enable their students to make the most of international learning experiences. Results from a survey conducted with the students revealed valuable insights into their communication perceptions, goals, feelings, conflicts, and diagnosis of team problems.
