Abstract
The research is oriented to the implementation of Business Intelligence to improve decision making in the company's production process. To achieve this objective, technological tools such as Business Intelligence were used, which work to optimize the decisions made in the production process. The study used for its purpose the experimental and applied design to perform a direct solution to the company's production process by means of data collection and analysis instruments through the observation sheets that were carried out in the research. The information obtained is presented in the results section by means of graphs and tables. The research was carried out with the 30 production orders in which an increase of 30.05% in productivity, a reduction of 4.2% in production time, and a reduction of 0.4% in total input cost were achieved.
