Abstract
The [Formula Presented] yrast band in the odd-odd nucleus [Formula Presented] has been populated by the [Formula Presented] [Formula Presented] reaction at 240-MeV incident beam energy. No previous spectroscopic information was known in this nucleus. The present data fit nicely in the systematics of the [Formula Presented] isotones of La, Pr, Pm, Eu, and Tb [Formula Presented] to 65). © 2000 The American Physical Society.
