Abstract
Entrepreneurship has grown worldwide and Peru has not been the exception. Storytelling is a technique to transmit messages in such a way that they captivate and capture people’s attention and encourage them to live the narrated experience. This research seeks to describe the ceramic artisan enterprises of La Encantada, Chulucanas, Peru, from the storytelling technique. An action research was carried out, with a qualitative approach of an exploratory nature of non-experimental design. The techniques used were the survey and the interview. Through a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience and intentional, 3 entrepreneurs were selected to whom storytelling was applied. It is concluded that the La Encantada undertakings have transmitted the legacy of Max Inga and Gerónimo Sosa, standing out for the paleteo technique and the negative decoration of the ceramics. Communicating the history of these entrepreneurs preserves the identity of the culture of this community, and encourages visitors to visit to meet the protagonists.
