Abstract
The study of the methodologies used in social research makes explicit the diversity of operational frameworks. In that sense, systematically reviewing the methodological orientations represented in the research on Blended Learning in the thesis reports of Peruvian universities, contributes to a global knowledge about prioritized methodological approaches. For this purpose, 35 reports published in the last twelve years were selected, according to previously established criteria, which reveal the emerging scientific productivity, as well as the diversity of methodological trends. In this way, the emphasis on the quantitative research approach, primarily of experimental and correlational designs, applied not only to students but also to managers and teachers became evident. In these studies, the collection of information, preferably, was based on questionnaires created by the authors, and based on the Likert scale; as well as a predominance of the parametric tests in the verification of the hypothesis.
