In the following lines seek to establish the difference and the acting parallelism between the critical social thinking in university and the institutional critical cognitive thinking of university, in the theoretical and practical perspective of finding a point of transcendent convergence of the cognitive with the social in a critical, integral and complex thinking as the ideal alternative to rethink the university in the current changes in the “world of life” and their practical commitment to an alternative nation project.
