The importance of conventional educational transformation to remote education in higher educational institutions in Peru and the world, creates needs and demands for increasingly complex IT solutions. The challenge for these organizations is that they need to implement applications for all areas, for all types of users, (staff and students), that they must be interconnected to each other so that they holistically conform a single service to generates enterprise value. That is the reason the SOA architecture is proposed to create an ecosystem of efficiently interconnected applications to provide a learning service whose purpose will be to integrate the other critical areas of the institution, such as educational, curricular, financial and administrative. The result of using SOA in the communication design of the information systems in the higher educational institution is that it will generate value to the educational service provided and will satisfy the demand that a remote education platform requires.
