Abstract
This document is a hermeneutic of abortion as a biopolitical phenomenon. On the assumption that it is a matter of public debate that in a liberal society democracy located is insoluble, it is proposed that the opinion of capturing the life of the unborn is due to a biopolitical device concerning the a priori limits of a factual social world, whose essence could be displaced to count or not to count groups of human living in each case declared enemy (limit of understanding): The being that cannot be understood.
