Abstract
The present research seeks to demonstrate the influence of cooperation between university-enterprises on the innovative business performance of the manufacturing industry in Peru during the period 2012 - 2014. In general, it is verified, by means of binary logistic regression, that no significant influence is found of cooperation between university-enterprises on the improvement of innovative business performance; in particular, the significance of the size of the companies and their high expenditures in research and development is verified in generating a greater probability of establishing cooperation with the university.
