The research aimed to characterize the market and the existing resources to formulate the Problematic System in the line of research in Renewable Energies. It was used the systemic method with a simple descriptive design, applying the ethnographic approach and the documentary technique. The Problem System incorporates resources such as solar, hydropower, biomass and wind in its solutions to the demands of rural areas of the central region of the country; provides them with sanitary hot water, lighting and thermal comfort in their rooms and water to irrigate their pastures; also proposes solutions for the industrial, mining and residential market with electric power.
