Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the level of development of both writing skills and the conceptualization of materials with academic contents of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle (Lima-Peru). To fulfill this objective, descriptive research was carried out, framed in the quantitative paradigm, with a population of 31 subjects to whom questionnaires were applied at pretest and posttest moments, where a Psychopedagogical Program on academic literacy mediated. As a result it was had, that the members of the sample showed moderately the expected abilities.
