In the following article, it was identified the relation of incidence in the competitive management and operational decision-making of the government budget in the Foreign Trade and Tourism Regional Directorate, so as to determinate the political-administrative impacts, management capacity and operational technical. This study is correlational in nature, and it was carried out with an analysis sample of 08 responsible servants of the area. The obtained results indicate the incidents of competitive management and budget operation radiate in investment projects, since these are fundamental platforms for the progress of it and for the tourism in Amazonas region.
