Abstract
The life style of people can change in time because the social and economic factors. For instance, in North Lima the improvement of the local economy, it would be translated as the improvement of incomes per family. This would affect the habits of nutrition with a straight impact on elementary school students whom are going to acquire resources for buying foods enriched with fat and sugars. In this paper, we center in the expected role of the professional of Nurse and Psychologist, which are actually the ones to make continuous control of the physical and mental health. Clearly, the presence of these professionals in primary schools would have important effects in the improvement of the human group composed by children. Moreover, a school-based health professional would attenuate the possible cases of obesity and depress that might cause an early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
