Abstract
This article presents results obtained in the design, implementation and economic analysis of the photovoltaic system connected to the grid with microinverters with an installed power of 2.16 kW, which has been analyzed in geographical and climatological conditions of the city of Juliaca, located in the highland region of Puno. The photovoltaic system is installed at the National University of Juliaca at the Ayabacas headquarters, it is made up of 8 photovoltaic modules of 270W model TP660P, 8 microinverters with output power of 215W of the enphase M215 model and its protection system, the photovoltaic system has a 2.16 KW generating power. The annual energy production was estimated obtaining 3374.87 kWh/year, as well as the performance of the micro inverter with data on solar irradiance and ambient temperature for the city of Juliaca which is 96.13% for the month of least irradiance. The operating cost of the photovoltaic system is 20734.20 soles, obtaining a NPV net present value of 1367.00 soles, an interest rate of return IRR of 6%, therefore, it is concluded that photovoltaic systems with microinverters are viable in its installation.
