CISETC 2019 aimed to provide a good forum for participants to discuss best practices of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) in the different educational systems that according to PISA had the best results, as was the case with Singapore, Taiwan, Finland, Spain, and the USA.
